SIZE GUIDE

A standard women's US size guide is used for sizing. Please reference the size chart when placing your order. If you need a custom size, fit adjustment, or have specific measurements, you can submit a custom order request — I’ll work with you to create a piece that fits perfectly and makes you feel amazing.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Each GIRLSCUMFIRST piece is handmade to order, meaning it’s created just for you once your order is placed. Please allow 2–4 weeks for your item to be crafted and shipped. This timeline can vary slightly depending on order volume and design complexity, but every piece is made with care and attention to detail.

  • How will I know when my order ships? Once your piece is complete and ready to go, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
  • Do you ship internationally? Currently, Girlscumfirst only ships within the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S. and would like a piece, you can submit a custom order request through our contact form. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide shipping options and a quote.
NEED IT SOONER?

Rush orders are available for an additional 30% of your total. To request a rush order, please select the Expedite Order option at checkout. Rush orders are expedited to be shipped in 5-7 business days.
RETURN/ REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds as each item is handmade to order. You may reach out to support with any orders at support@girlscumfirstapparel.com.

CUSTOM ORDERS

GIRLSCUMFIRST offers custom orders for unique designs, colors, sizes, or international shipping requests. Every piece is handcrafted to your specifications, making it completely one-of-a-kind.

  • Do I need to have an idea in mind? Not at all! I love collaborating with customers to bring their vision to life. If you don’t have a fully formed idea, we can work together to curate a concept to create something that’s uniquely yours.
  • How much does a custom order cost? Pricing depends on the complexity of the design, materials, and shipping requirements. You’ll receive a quote before the order is confirmed. Expedited or international custom orders may include additional fees.
  • How long will it take to receive my custom order? Custom orders typically take 2–6 weeks depending on complexity and materials. Expedited options are available upon request.
  • Can I get an international custom order? Yes! International orders are only available as custom orders so shipping, customs, and handling can be properly managed. Include your country and shipping details in the form.
  • Can I make changes after submitting a custom order?  Once your order is confirmed, changes may be limited depending on how far along it is in production. Contact me as soon as possible if you’d like adjustments — I’ll happily do my best to accommodate.
